Other people do this right?

Six years ago today, I moved to Los Angeles with some of the best people ever born (minus one who was just terrible).  It’s also the day that I got to be official roommates with my bestest friend in the whole wide world (that’s actually a technical term, y’all. Look it up.) September 15th will never be anything but an awesome, fantastical day- the start of something amazing that I will cherish forever.

Behold- the Tree House at its most glorious (my Dynasty birthday party, 2006. Vic is dressed like Diane Von Furstenberg for some reason. I am wearing my sister’s PROM DRESS, legit for real I wish I was joking and oh, so does she). Happy anniversary to EVERYONE!

Oddly, September 15 (2008) was the day that I moved OUT of L.A. I’m not sure I want to celebrate that . . .

Yes, V.I.C. totally resembles DVF here!

About This Lady

I am a writer who has lived in DC, Los Angeles and Chicago. In the morning, I write novels. During the day, I write ads, brochures, websites and blogs. At night, I don't do any writing because that's too much writing.

Trying to be Auntie Mame but right now I feel more like Liz Lemon in execution. It's a process, people.

I have a food/fiction blog called Some Kitchen Stories.
